Does anyone apportion any blame to NMDC on this? The project was compelling for NLC to no only sign on but to continue discussions after if has collapsed. Management must have done a lot right to get them to sign in the first place.
Looking at some of the other business relationships NMDC have, they look like a difficult mob to work with and they have strung ECT along for months.
Sure, maybe management could have been a little more diligent in researching their practices or gone alone with NLC but the proposal, the strategy and the TEF look sound for a layperson. The main problem was the partner.
Tough crowd in here. If you think that management are that poor, now would be the time to cut your losses.
