I've bought a small parcel at $2.50 and have averaged down over the last few days.

With a swag of deposits on the books coming online over the next 6-18 months, this price is seriously ridiculous.

Best of luck to long termers who are sitting on paper losses. Hopefully this one will start to turn around soon - fundamentals and technicals suggest a bounce.
