Environmentally, the record is KRudd the Dud. So far we have failure after failure, plastic bags, Murray-Darling, Bottle Refunds. I personally am not expecting too much. As you say Garnaut Report, Green Paper, White Paper then establish a review committee, public submissions, meetings, eventually a watered down report, submit parliementary bill, review by senate committee, amendments, eventually passed and department to oversee emissions established. Oh Dear, have to wait now till after next election.
