Don't understand this post. NZ Oil is being taken over. They benefited from having CUE as a separate entity for CR reasons so had no reason to TO CUE in which they had a controlling interest. The action on the ASX today is not about the quarterly, though HZN has already flagged that the NZ assets have been performing well. The SP jump is on the expectation that CUE will now be amalgamated with OGOG. Almost certainly it will in my opinion.
