Company may, at its discretion, make submitters pay costs involved of mail out done later. CTP's on-line publication of current re-appraisal of production / exploration prospects / Board preferred company development scenario report needs be available well before those dates unless company decides to advise owners / shareholders in advance that it will bear cost of later mail-out of submitted motions.
