need some property ideas, page-6

thanks for the ideas guys...lots to think about for sure. i dont like people telling me i can't do it, they're the ones who never get anywhere. the property i have now has done well the past year and will be very good in the years to come but don't want to have to wait...i will look at ways to increase servicing and will research adelaide also...any suburbs in particular Warnie? the newspaper ad is great, never thought of that before...
I agree with you Kincella, i don't really want to look in Sydney's West, sure you can get a great bargain on an owner occ there, but as for cap. growth not so sure...
