We have still not heard about the Kent Grove facility which questions were posed to the Global Communications Manager. Is it so difficult to answer a question of this nature? The "advanced" negotiations and other variations to negotiations have been reported for over a lengthy period of time and still nothing has eventuated. I would have rather they not mention it if they were not able to finalised the deal within a short period of such announcements, then to keep repeating this. Shareholders are concerned about the cash position of the company as you do not have to be Mr Genius to figure out how long it would take for the money to run dry. Then we have M&G increasing their stake at an average price of $1.53. Are they privy to information which small fish like us are not. There was hardly much trade at the ASX yesterday and then a decent volume at Nasdaq with a 11% price fall, this will certainly cause some concern and invite speculation which is unhealthy.There is just dragging of feet and while I appreciate that what goes in the Boardroom cannot be made public, surely they can still provide information which gives comfort to shareholders and not breach reporting protocols or policies which the regulatory authorities set.
