Does wind you up a bit my friend. Beware you may be viewed as an emotional sociopath - but there is nothing more self evident than those who have not learnt the secret of leverage and patience with a long term asset.
In 1983 a 3x1 in average suburb in Perth rented out for $40per week, today $340pw and that is still too low and tipped to rise by 30%.
What can they do about it, zilch - when will you renters realise you are the most disenfranchised segment of the community, powerless, your house is always open to scrutiny, can be sold from under you - and you would recommend that as a way to live. I've tried it and it sucks.
