A scary prospect for sure but surely if "playing" retailers like this were to occur questions would have to asked by the powers that be . Maybe its a question that should be put before the board at the next opportunity in which they would have to confirm or deny the likelihood of this possibility and would put them on notice that SHs are "aware" of past behavior .
Good work though Banana and great investigation on your part ..... i hadn't even considered this scenario.
