1) ~$60m cash at bank. According to the published DFS, that should be enough for the proposed restart works but may (or not) need some more for working capital requirements. The longer it takes for the NP to reach the required hurdle the more cash will be burned through which could impact on whether there's enough without a top-up CR at the required time.
2) ~12 months restart lead time until first production, according to the DFS.
3) No Ni inventory currently held.
