The cash renumeration is within the range i would expect.

the performance shares i voted against. I usually vote against any performance package unless the package to tied to increases in SH return in the company i’m invested in.


Happy for any consultant, including AG, to receive success fees in cash or shares for achieving meaningful long term value accreditative results for AVZ which will in turn drive the SP. It needs to be clearly defined what is required to be delivered to get a payment. Attracting mum and dads investors via twotter is not a metric worthy of payment.

I expect a deal to occur before the end of the year.
