First of all Monero is not untraceable despite the general belief that it is .In the same way that Tor alone is not enough to keep you anonymous. You have to have good opsec. Tor is just a tool in the arsenal. The same is true with Monero.
Right now, Monero is a tool in the privacy arsenal, and, without mincing words, it's far and away the best we've got in terms of financial privacy. Not only that, but it's improving all the time. But anyone who tells you that ANYTHNG is a one stop shop for 100% privacy doesn't understand:
