High debt levels.
High unemployment.
High budget deficit.
High inflation.
Shrinking economy.
High interest rates.
Sounds like the government of Namibia has a lot of issues to deal with. Poor monetary policy for one.
Ease of doing business index is running at 107 out of 190 so there could be problems dealing with government bureaucracy. Funny thing is, it was at 33 just 15 years ago. So it's actually getting harder to do business in Namibia than 15 years ago.
