We will soon see if your theory is correct. I think to a certain extent if TZ believe that a Feb or March '09 listing has a greater chance of a successful listing, due to greater sales volume, PO's and momentum thereafter...then I'm sure they would have the patience to wait another 3-4 months. They have been delaying for 3-4 years, so what's another 3-4 months.

Don't forget that Australia and NZ are probably the only countries in the world which shut down for business between mid December through to mid February (sure places like Fiji and PNG are shut all year) ......the whole place is on a holiday through that time. Whereas the rest of the business world keeps powering on thru the xmas season...and potentially designing, engineering & ordering more Intevia.

So while we are at the beach enjoying our Chrisco hampers..........the Japs keep making seat belts, the Yanks keep making planes & doors, the Germans keep making convertibles, and the Dutchies keep making chastity belts!
