    Not if there calculations show that 10% or 2.4m, would be small change compared to a more successful IPO.

    I'm not saying that it's not in their consideration...im saying that it can be quite plausible that sacrificing $2.4m in interest payment is covered by earning an additional X amount thru delaying the IPO.

    So again it would not be a deal breaker.
