The equity piece will be for the Lender only as a sweetener IMO
Unlikely shareholders or sophisticated will get a look in if we are going with an International Investment Bank.
Perhaps a possibility if we are going with a club funding arrangement.
Its all a possibility as WKT is dealing with multiple parties for the finance.
