I think brokers may be playing ringa-ringa-rosies with "lent" shares, and BOT is more tightly held than appearances suggest, and nobody of importance is worried about BOT's raising capital in the short-term given MC's statement that BOT won't be.
... looks as if the brokers have had their day on the BOT gravy train.
