Whether ANS ownership is 55: 45 or 58:42, this is not my point. You could assume even 60:40 assuming further dilution in SDL, it is fine.
My point is that if you do have the money whether you will choose to invest in ANS or SDL by knowing that the real iron core business is in SDL and not in ANS. Which horse would you bet to run faster?
