I am looking at buying a block of flats in the Sydney area and having the kids help me spruce it up with a view to assisitng those that are not in real estate get in. Value for money, hassle free being the intent , are you able to advise where in NSW you would look.Happy to pay a bit more to get out of problem areas. Don't want a large complex, 8 maybe, 2x1 with garaging facilities and reasonable land content. Don't know that market and take on board what you said about the Western suburbs.
Would like your frank assessment . Any one who has my sociopathic tendencies please let me know.Need some good advice as a precursor to some serious research.
