As for Earnie, there is nothing speculative about my comments. He admitted to it in May 07 on HC, and the deals were reflected in ASIC figures which I check monthly. From memory, he sold 15-20 million shares ( worth $3M - 4M) on May 14,2007 - the day of the BHP announcement. In the week preceding that announcement, he was vigorously encouraging SH's to buy with an expected SP of 40 cents.
