    Takeover Premium for WME Shareholders
    If Messrs Stokes , Judge and Sanders are appointed to the Board it may be possibly place them in a position where they may be able to exercise a dominant influence on the Board and take effective control. this means that the Requistioning Parties ( Mr Nikolaenko )may gain control of the company without making a takeover bid or offering WME Shareholders a control premium
    Something to be concerned about will be voting for original board
