You are kidding aren't you. Sure they get it wrong like every other human being. But your telling me you believe they have no idea and it's their profession to study the market and mitigate risk. No I'm not an adviser or broker I'm in engineering and would I use a broker as an engineer, no.
Mate if you want some advice then use them or any other and use the advice to help you make a decision. Don't use them to make the decision but to help.
I see this crap all the time, advisers etc have no idea, please give me a break. In the coming market you watch all the so called hot traders go down the tube. The analysts, brokers, advisers etc are all about mitigating risk and trying to make money.
Try loosing money and see if it's better to make 100% or loose money, or is it better to make 10% very consistantly.
Not saying they are any good, just don't assume they are all bad, use the info and make your own decisions.
