Ok, I've just lodged a complaint via the online system. I used to work for CBA and it was a general rule that the more complaints they get about one issue the more likely they are to fix it. I'm going to leave CBA if they don't fix it. I've been thinking about leaving for a while so it's tipped me over. I'll let you know how I go.
