attitude of this board is disgrace to not only RFN but overall ASX environment.
I am sure the reason they hastily raised are:
1. Make sure @ryobal holding is less than 5%
2. Make sure Eugene have enough to average down.
Thinking of this mgt doing something to create value is not a chance at all.
