That "Manono owners could control Li" statement is silly stuff and really cheapens the gist of your post ... how would a 5 Mtpa Manono control the market exactly?!
At best, you'd swamp the market if anyone ever established 10 x that capacity, but how would you tighten supply when there are plenty of miners about already operating and Li is not that rare.
