Well its clearly not going on as expected and Coleman has a very different view to you.
The PSC says continue YES I agree but it can't continue whilst the operators share is in dispute, not sure why some don't get this??FAR and Cairn aren't the operator.......maybe ask WPL why they have not explained the problem/reason.
