Yes once Woodside could have handled SNE.During oil down turn staff was severely culled and now they have skeleton crew of young graduates managing their other bigger feed projects like Browse and Scaborough.
Don't think they have as much capacity as y

Essentially now they just farm out the world to big Engineering companies and award procure and install to big companies.
So makes not a lot of difference whom owns this 35%.
it's an FPSO so it's not complicated. Unlike FLNG whicj is vastly complicated. So dont hive us the bull about Woodside is onlu one that can advance FAR
