I guess you should mention the loss of confidence in BHP RIO, JRV and others , as well to be fair :-)

I believe the IEX announcement said -
“ Roberts Consulting and INL have today entered into a shareholders agreement in relation to IEX whereby Roberts Consulting will provide its expert consultancy services to IEX in return for a 50% free carried interest in IEX until commencement of ‘commercial activity’ (as defined)."

"For minimal outlay of cash, time and resources, IEX has acquired and applied for a number of mineralogically prospective exploration tenements immediately adjacent to and surrounding the Young Nickel Laterite Project of Jervois Mining Ltd and the currently operating magnesite mine of The Young Mining Company Limited. IEX considers that its tenements in this region are both geologically prospective and operationally strategic in nature”

The key phrases are - Roberts Consulting will provide its expert consultancy services to IEX in return for 50% free carried interest in IEX until commencement of ‘commercial activity’and the following – “For minimal outlay of cash, time and resources”

The reasons the tenements have been taken up are because they are “both geologically prospective and operationally strategic in nature”.

I guess thats good for INL and not so good for JRV, hence the “operationally strategic in nature” comment.

I can sense the pain these tenements must be causing JRV. It must not look very good to the chinese, that INL was even able to take up the tenements and surround JRV strategically.

I read on the JRV forum “Lets hope that Jiaming and JRV combined have the cheap process to develop this resource.”
Is there some doubt now about the heap leach process effectiveness? Maybe JRV should have another look at its relationship with INL in that case?
