No way they have anymore info than we do Rusch IMO. That is insider trading. They may well be be, and I suspect are very much so, better informed about what BD1 are doing and where they are headed.
The new execs are there for one purpose, to get our product to market.
The simple fact is the test is on Luminex.
A deal/agreement to do the LDT could come at any time.
A deal/agreement for the test to be put on another diagnostics platform could come any time.
The clinical trials BD1 will undertake to confirm the results should be very quick now the test is automated.
The companies that will be interested in this, if all goes to plan, are massive. Any deal with anyone of them will see investors looking at BD1 in a different light all of which could come in the next few months.
The sp is defying the normal CR logic and those that dumped after the CR was announced are being punished.
