No significant demand from the U.S market, its a pretty frequent occurrence actually, take a look at historical micro-cap OTC listings of AUS based stocks.

Perhaps the "Adult's" reading comprehension is not so great, or maybe it's just a failure of imagination, either way it's pretty obvious for anyone who doesn't wear rose coloured glasses.
