Not sure that I followed your post correctly, in saying that, I would generally agree with you.
However, the conflict that I see is.....
“has agreed to purchase 100% of lead and silver production
It was changed to
“has the right to purchase” and they added in “all high-grade” and deleted 100%
The “right to purchase” does not mean “agreed to purchase 100%” It is spin.
The evergreen bit is fair enough
