Of course most of the countries of the world have no intention of doing anything about the IPCC report on climate change theo. Many don't believe it and even those who do can not afford to carry out it's recommendations. Only a handfull of rich western countries like Australia are even worried about predicted climate change and have populations who might be persuaded to pay the additional taxes required to fund carbon trading. I don't believe in anthropogenic warming and I will do my best to sink any attempt at carbon trading which costs me money. I think about 40% of Australians currently think as I do and I am sure that number will grow as they find out how much they will have to pay. Dave R.
