There are two distinct issues here. 1) Is (man made) global warming a reality?
2) If it is what are we going to do about it?
I agree. If the major polluters ,(China and India), rufuse to accept any responsibility, our efforts are pretty well worthless.
We will still keep selling China the fuel to fire their furnaces.
What really annoys me is that our industrials (who have to either directly or indirectly fund these initiatives) Are not offered protection even at a local level from competition that does not comply
