Not sure that "taking control" is as important as having a Board and a purpose designed management team drive the stock into a market recognition for the benefit of all shareholders.

I was bemused to see in the accompanying notes by the Board that Mr Stokes was offrered recently as the MD for company, which would have freed up Leon at the time to concentrate on what he obviously does better. It would also have set up a four man Board and this whole exercise may never have happened. I guess in hindsight, the Board may well rue that decision.

I had prepared an extensive post last night with my thoughts on the various discussion points raised over the last few days. As I am not a "touch typist" it took a fair amount of time, and when it went into cyberspace as I tried to post it, I may get time later to attempt a re-construction. I hate that!
