commsec stuffs up - again, page-4

I sent them two off market transfer forms plus $25 fee for each of them. One OMT went through OK but the other did not. They sent me a chess statement with a pre transfer number of shares on it. When I checked my holding on ANZ's website the shareholdings are alright, but I need my chess statements to tally as well. When I phoned them they denied all knowledge of the transfer. Then I sent them a letter but they have not acknowledged it.
