As it stands, there is no JV. So the report valuing it at $30mill means nothing at this stage. As per 6th June Ann it is a proposed acquisition- proposed being your "huckleberry" as one crew member on here likes to use.
The company is strapped for cash (as per latest delayed quarterly), next quarterly I'd be surprised if there is anything left- high chance that $600k odd won't come back or even some.
Been over a year since suspension and nothing has progressed, if it gets to two years in suspension- all done and dusted..... Doomsday clock moves closer to midnight....
