Let's keep our feet on the ground. Suggestions of a class action is ridiculous. A company like CDU yes. Took money, promised riches ,published incorrect jorts, didn't file returns, suspended from trading and finally a couple of weeks ago ,turned up its toes.
I have been as critical as anyone regarding the BoD ,missed timelines ,PB etc.
But have we ever had a set back that knocked the project back, No.
Traditional owners, approvals et al, have all delivered. Ignore the terms ,but Indian and German investors are on the Register. The Browns are still there. Off takes have been executed.
The tier 1 international companies are still there. A number of reputable groups are finalizing key areas o get it over the line.
There is written support from the Govt. I have my rose tinted glasses off.....these are facts.
Our complaints. New Chair ,done. Better communication , obvious. Missed timelines ,still and issue ,but offset by Paula and team
The elephant in the room is finance.
But I am firmly of the opinion the BoD want to make the strongest possible case with their one and only shot and are leaving no stone unturned to achieve that result.
My emotional side has been frustrated with delays.. My rational side has been convinced that the company wants " to do it once ,and do it right "

Apart from in a country like China , when does a major infrastructure ,building, construction or project ever get finished on time and within budget in a western democratic country.
