Good summary reddeer. As you said, talk of a class action is unwarranted - and just plain ridiculous.

First question for me is whether I think Mt Peake is going to make it into production - and (for me) the answer is yes. If the answer was no I would have no business holding stock in the company.

Then, what do I think shares will be worth when production happens - (again, for me) the answer is probably somewhere in the $2 - $3 range. I have just north of a million shares - will I care whether I paid 7c or 13c for them? That would seem a little petty.

Sure, add in holding costs. Even so I doubt I'll be disappointed. The cost of lost opportunities because my money is tied up in TNG shares? Maybe, but who's to say I'd pick a winner anyway...
