Where do they expect to get $500 million to develop the SDV?????

and what would the extra production do to the market?????
They should have put Mt Cattlin on care and maintenance 6 months ago.
Put all other projects on hold and waited it out.
This will be like Stopping the Titanic
The iceberg is dead ahead.
There be plenty that wont survive.
