So basically Altech outsourcing their equity raising to a European shell company, if they can't raise the money then the deal is off. Don't really know what to make of it, sounds like a bit of a long shot and and a little bit desperate (must be running out of options). Initially thought it sounded positive but after having a bit of a think about it,not so sure. No doubt the share will get a bit of a bump but sounds like a bit of a roll of the dice.
