We're going to need some solid news for that to happen. Still appears to be a lot of sellers selling into FAS in large numbers. I still think there is some capping going on but not sure of the motive.

Possible scenarios could be

1) FAS interests trying to keep SP contained for upcoming cap raising.
2) Recipients of the upcoming cap raising trying to contain the SP.
3) Genuine sellers that want out. At this point in time seems not feasible unless they bought in on the lows.
4) Portman wanting a bigger slice of the GWR pie by making a play or trying to get a large interest in FAS. I said this months ago, but everyone laughed.
