I disagree. According to Sholoms last update they outlined the activities taking place and authorities that they require approval from before relist....even giving an indicative relist date of July 10th. No where does it even remotely mention AGMPL ruling. If it does have a bearing then this would be a clear omission by Sholom and would be an extremely misleading ASX update.
