Has anyone shot TK an email yet? Since I wouldn't mind clarification on what exactly our relationship with avanti med is, so if no one has I'll send one.

If you look on their website it looks more like they're an investment fund that also offers consultation services around hardware device development. They mention their last round (Fund: AvantiGP3 - Now Investing, March 30 2019: Subscriptions Closed, Capital raised: £183m GBP) and from this fund they've invested into two companies so far "Lemur Italy" (a textiles company) and RAP (AvantiGP3, Investment 2: ResApp Health Ltd, Tech company developing unique algorithms for respiratory disease diagnosis). So is avanti just acting as our facilitator with OSI (which is what the announcement implies), or is there some funding or other finance agreement we have with them (which is what Avanti's website implies)?

As some have pointed out the domain and company were created very recently around the announcement, this seems to also be the case for some of the director's previous companies too. This might be done for legal reasons to protect whatever the parent company is. But it doesn't look like this line of work is new for him, so I don't believe there's anything necessarily shady going on here but it certainly makes things confusing.

Range has received notification from Avanti Advisors Ltd (Avanti) of a potential claim for payment under the terms of a commissionagreement purportedly entered into dated 24 October 2014 between Range and Avanti (“the Commission Agreement”). Thispotential claim relates to a commission payment of up to 6% of the amount of the Core Capital investment (approximately US$3.6million) which would be due (if payable) after the investment was completed. Range is currently reviewing in conjunction with itslegal advisers the validity of this Commission Agreement and should any formal claim for payment ultimately be received this will besimilarly reviewed. And possibly as ex-CEO of Vanoil, however I couldn't find much on that CEO so unsure if it's just two people with similar names or if it is also him. Seeing as Vanoil acquired Fluormin Limited (https://finance.yahoo.com/news/vanoil-acquires-fluormin-plc-211627260.html?guccounter=1), I'd assume it is the same person.

So looking over that they've definitely done a lot of consulting work in management and finance, and more recently the technical side too. So I'm sure they're adequate as far as facilitating a relationship with OSI Electronics. However I've still yet to find anything else on the mention of investment.

Also to any of the users sharing links to more personal information about him, the mods may consider that doxxing, so be careful what you decide to post. But anything that isn't really related to the business or their professional credentials isn't really going to be that useful for us anyway.
