IMO this fear campaign is 85% hype yet considering billions is going to spent on the illusory problem - leaves me wondering how I can make a million or two out of it all?
One crazy idea (and gee I have some beauties) is to buy up some acreages and advertise "carbon offset trees". e.g. "Mrs Smith your departed husband was a chain smoker. Did you know that you can assist his passage to heaven via purgatory by you offsetting some of that dirty carbon he was responsible for? We will even put a plaque with his name on it for you.
Just sign here and pay the $1000 in easy monthly instalments and of course 10% is donated to your church. Just kidding of course but we really do need to put our thinking caps on because if you can't beat them - join them and prosper.
