I have also emailed them 2 questions and am still waiting for a response.
If the dimmit reserves are not material its would make a lot of sense to adjust the March 2019 audited reserve report (which would be very easy to do) and publish the revised numbers.
This would quell any fear the market currently has over this sale and the share price in theory would then go up rather than down.
