I don't want to rain on our parade, but has anyone considered that the recent reports of apartment block faults could be just the tip of the iceberg, and combined with the combustible cladding fiasco could bring the building industry to a grinding halt and the whole economy into recession?
Not predicting this will happen, but curious to read any thoughts on the matter.
Govt infrastructure program will help but can't prop up the whole industry.
