I have made several enquiries on newly built apartment and those off the plan In thIese few weeks. the trend is getting clear, big developers is starting to take bigger market shares from smalls. I don't worry about the demand side, our population growth is still on top of the developed countries, Sydney is still the main cities people wanna live in and travel to.
