The guaranteed sell back clauses tell the AAM shareholders they will get a minimum return of 15% pa for six years. If the project outperforms beyond that they get to keep their stake in the project. If the project under performs that minimum 15% return then ATC has an opportunity to bring the whole thing back in house, provided AAM doesn't exercise that spoiling clause.
