The way I read the announcement, the shares will be sold at the 10 day vwap before 30 august.

The price is still to be determined ....

The price at which shares will be sold under the Facility (being the minimum price which may be accepted)will be determined based on the closing average price across the previous 10 trading days prior to receipt ofan offer to purchase the shares. The price received will be determined by market conditions and may bedifferent from the market price prevailing at the time. All shareholders who sell their shares through theFacility will receive the same price per share.

In fact the investors interested in 18M shares might try and drop the price a couple of pips before Aug 30.

18M shares at 1.4c is $252,000 each pip is worth $18,000

Would it be worth selling x number of shares to save 18 or 36 thousand dollars ? It is the average price so selling down on the close with 500 shares isn't going to do it.
