What a load of crap this is, telling people after the fact just shows you what the Directors think of shareholders - talk about big brother lauding it over small shareholders.

I am going to send this letter to ASX and ASIC to get a ruling on the fact I have to tell them not to sell my shares - Looks to me they are trying to buy my shares at the cheapest possible price and then try and tell me that they are doing this for my benefit.

Not only that when i first purchased my shares i brought well above what is called unmarketable shares, i also participated in the cr where i apply for additional shares which if they had given me would still mean that i would have well above the number required.

Why not tell holders prior to the cut off date that way they could purchase more shares.

This imo is or should be illegal it should be if i take no action then my shares dont get sold

I am 66 years old and i would suggest other holders maybe a lot older and my mental capacity is not what it use to be.

I might even send a letter to the papers and tv channels to highlight this heavy handedness used by ADO
